I want to warn you against the potential deal with Mzuri property management company.
They have absolutely client aggressive policy and really poor customer support.
I was their client in Krakow. For more than a month we had argued to them regarding the broken cooker, which was damaged because of network over-voltage.
At first they claimed I have to pay, because it was working when I checked in. Finally after one month of disputes, and some electricity expertise that prove there was no my fault there, they divided the repair expenses 50/50 between me and the apartment owner. Which was still wrong because I had lived only 1 month by the moment of cooker damage. I was very hard to communicate to them, they responded my emails with few days delay.
They also have some paragraphs in their default contract that might be inconsistent with Polish law, for instance 2-months notice period, and some very anti-client paragraphs.
If you are about to get into the contract with Mzuri, just think twice, read some feedbacks on the internet, and read every paragraph of the contract. Don't make my mistake.
