The squeeze-out of the minority shareholders was registered today by the Commercial Court of Vienna pursuant to the Austrian Squeeze-Out Act, which has been resolved in the ordinary shareholders' meeting of BUWOG AG (BUWOG) on October 2, 2018. Therefore, as of today all shares held by the minority shareholders will be transferred by operation of law to the principal shareholder, Vonovia SE.
