ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the basis
of the notification from the Romanian operations that: - in the lawsuit file number 905/96/2016, the Târgu Mures Tribunal approved the appeal of the affiliate of the Company (E-Star CDR) against the first instance decision on 15/11/2018 as well as the appeal of the municipality against the order of the first instance court of justice made on 15 December 2015 (suspension of the right of representation of the attorney-at-law of the Town). Annulling the first instance decision and the order of the first instance court of justice made on 15 December 2017, the Târgu Mures Tribunal ordered the repeated hearing of the case by the Harghita County Tribunal. The decision has not been explained. - in case file number 44/96/2018 (partial annulation of RON 44,828 excess VAT) the court of appeal finally rejected the appeal filed by the Financial Authority. - The Company filed applications for revision in order to decide that the Financial Authority lost its right to collect the amounts in the executory orders falling under the scope of the old and the new Code of Civil Procedure since it did not register in the closed bankruptcy proceedings. - the Zalau tribunal rejected the appeal of the Financial Authority in relation with the valuation of the land in Zalau and also rejected the appeal of the Company in relation with the registration of the seizure in the land registry.
