WSE Content of resolutions subject to voting at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Work Service S.A. held on 14th December 2018.
The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer or the Company) herewith publishes the contents of the resolutions subject to voting at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on December 14, 2018. All resolutions subject to voting were adopted.
The Issuer also informs that within the scope of point 8 of the agenda regarding changes in the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board, no resolution was put to the vote, because no candidature was presented.
