With reference to the UniCredit S.p.A. Board of Directors meeting held on February 6th, 2019 which approved the Group's consolidated financial results for the 4Q18 and FY18, and the draft of UniCredit S.p.A. financial statement as at December 31st 2018, it is specified that the Board of Directors has approved the proposal to be submitted at the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, to distribute a unitary dividend of 27 euro cents per ordinary UniCredit share. Such distribution, if approved at the Shareholders’ Meeting, will take place - in accordance with all the applicable laws and regulations - on April 25th, 2019 having as ex-dividend date - identified as coupon n 4 - April 23rd, 2019. Under section 83-terdecies of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 of February 24th, 1998 (here below "TUF"), those who at the end of April 24th, 2019 accounting day - based on the relevant records - will be Shareholders are the persons that will be entitled to receive the dividend.
