KRK Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 7 October 2019 up to and including 11 October 2019. Krka acquired 11,903 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 763,327 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:
- on 7 October 2019: 2,961 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 63.82, - on 8 October 2019: 4,048 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 63.80, - on 9 October 2019: 143 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 64.40, - on 10 October 2019: 3,525 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 64.57 and - on 11 October 2019: 1,226 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 64.67. SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,122,639 representing 3.423% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,134,542 representing 3.460% of all shares issued.
