KRK Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 31 January 2020 up to and including 7 February 2020. Krka acquired 21,781 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,665,031 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:
- on 31 January 2020: 5,734 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 76.80, - on 3 February 2020: 6,058 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 75.73, - on 4 February 2020: 822 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 75.12, - on 5 February 2020: 162 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 76.00, - on 6 February 2020: 4,396 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 76.64 and - on 7 February 2020: 4,609 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 77.00. SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,259,846 representing 3.842% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,281,627 representing 3.908% of all shares issued.
