WSE Submission by the Investor of motions to the antimonopoly authority for consent to take control over the Company

Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company"), with reference to the Current Report No. 12/2020, 12/2020/K and 14/2020, hereby informs that today the Company received information that Gi INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., wholly owned by Gi Group SpA ("Investor"), submitted motion to the competent antimonopoly authority in Romania, concerning allowing the Investor to take control over the Company. According to the information provided by the Investor, the Investor is in the process of preparing other motion to the competent antimonopoly authority, which will be submitted at a later date.
Obtaining the consent of the relevant antimonopoly authorities for the Investor to take control over the Company and its affiliates is one of the conditions precedent to the transaction with the Investor, set out in the investment agreement concluded between the Company and the Investor on 13 February 2020.
