WSE Lenders' consent to extend the deadline for disbursement of bridge financing.

Work Service S.A. Management Board ("Issuer" or "Company") with reference to current report no. 29/2020 informs that Bank BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., Bank Millennium S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. ("Lenders") agreed to pay out the bridge financing, about which the Company informed in the current report no. 28/2020 ("Bridge financing"), after 30 April 2020, but not later than 30 June 2020, i.e. in the period longer than the period agreed in the annex no. 7 to the credit agreement of 18 November 2015, about which the Company informed in the current report no. 28/2020.
The disbursement of the Bridge Financing will be made in parts and the payment of the entire Bridge Financing will be completed within the next few weeks. The Issuer will inform in subsequent current reports about receipt of the last tranche of Bridge Financing.
