IRL AB INTER RAO Lietuva Supervisory Council appointed Victor Kolotievskiy to the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Council, revoked Evgeny Miroshnichenko from the Board and appointed Tatiana Zaltsman to the Board of the Company
AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that the Meeting of the Supervisory Council was convened on 8 June 2020 in which all appointed members of the Supervisory Council unanimously adopted the following resolutions:
1. Resolution. Appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Council; Resolved: to appoint Victor Kolotievskiy, the member of the Supervisory Council, to the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Council. 2. Resolution. Revocation of the Board member of AB „INTER RAO Lietuva“ before term and appointment of the member of the Board. Resolved: 1. To revoke Board member Evgeny Miroshnichenko from the Board of AB “INTER RAO Lietuva” before term. 2. To appoint to the Board of AB “INTER RAO Lietuva” Tatiana Zaltsman, the citizen of the Russian Federation, date of birth 04-06-1976.
