UCG UniCredit: S&P affirmed UniCredit SpA’s issuer rating at ‘BBB’

The Rating Agency S&P Global Ratings (“S&P”) has affirmed UniCredit SpA’s 'BBB’ long- and ‘A-2' short-term Issuer Credit Ratings. The outlook remained at ‘negative’.
