Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (Spółka, Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 21 września 2021 roku otrzymał od akcjonariusza Carlson Ventures International Limited, jako podmiotu blisko związanego gospodarczo z osobą pełniącą do dnia 17.10.2019 roku obowiązki zarządcze Emitenta panem Arturem Piotrem Jędrzejewskim – byłym Przewodniczącym Rady Nadzorczej Spółki, powiadomienia sporządzone na podstawie art. 19 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku ("Rozporządzenie MAR") o przeprowadzonych w okresie od 13.03.2019 r. do dnia 11.10.2019 r. transakcjach na akcjach Spółki.

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Company, the Issuer) informs that on 21 September 2021 it received from the shareholder Carlson Ventures International Limited, as an entity closely related in business to the person performing, until 17.10.2019 of the management duties of the Issuer Mr Artur Piotr Jedrzejewski - former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, notifications prepared pursuant to Article 19 (1) of the Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("MAR Regulation") about transactions carried out in the period from 13.03.2019 to 11.10.2019 on the shares of the Company. The content of the notifications containing details of the transactions is provided by the Issuer as an attachment to this current report.
