SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on October 7, 2025 the Company sold 25 916 (twenty-five thousand nine hundred and sixteen) treasury shares representing 0.005% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 68 980.87 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.66.
