ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that on
the basis of Paragraph (2), Article 57. of the Capital Market Act if false data is published about the issuer, then it shall be obliged to publish the real data. As opposed to the statements made in the article published today on 24.hu portal titled “The Tiborcz case: the company modernising street lighting in Felcsút is an owner of Slovakian Elios” the Company (E-Star Nyrt. in the article) was not and presently is not connected to the sphere of owners of any persons and organisations mentioned in the article. The statement that the “decline” of the Company was caused by the non-payments of municipalities related to the performance of E-Star is not appropriate either. Municipalities accumulating gross debts gave reasons for their payment problems with their own liquidity situation and the lack of funds following the consolidation of county level municipalities. The portal did not address our Company prior to writing the article.
