ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the
basis of the information received from the Romanian operation about the following: The Romanian court of justice rejected the action of the Company at second instance in which the Company requested the amount of RON 1,302,516.85 default interest calculated on the district heating subsidy which had been declared finally. The decision has not been explained yet. The liquidation of E-Star Investment Management SRL has been closed in lack of assets but the Company has not received an official notice thereof yet. The lawsuit in progress under case number 1620/84/2015 has been closed at second instance by Distriterm winning the lawsuit therefore the Romanian Financial Authority was not allowed to register in the liquidation proceedings with the VAT claim thereof amounting to RON 932,730. Nevertheless the Court of Justice rejected the application for revision the Company in the lawsuit in progress under case number 4892/84/2012_a25. ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc.
