SLZ SLEEPZ AG plans to issue convertible bonds

Based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2014, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board today agreed in principle to issue convertible bonds with a total volume of up to EUR 5m with a term of 36 months. The conditions of the convertible bonds are determined promptly by the Executive Board in accordance with the Supervisory Board and reported to the shareholders.
