Press release pursuant to article 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 In relation to merger of Buddy Servizi molecolari S.p.A into UniCredit S.p.A., the decision taken by the Board of Directors of UniCredit S.p.A. on July 6th 2017 resolving on the approval of the above transaction as set forth by articles 2505, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code and 23 of the Articles of Association and registered before the competent Companies Register on July 11th 2017, has been made available to the public today pursuant to article 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99.
