Pursuant to Art. 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to organized Trading, and Public Companies, Kernel Holding S.A. informs that the shareholders present at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10 December 2018 at 3.00 p.m. (Luxembourg time) at the Company’s registered office, 19 rue de Bitbourg, L-1273 Luxembourg, jointly held 39,845,632 shares out of total of 81,941,230 shares. The following entities named below were the shareholders representing at least 5% of the total votes during the meeting:
• Namsen Limited. The number of votes carried by the shares at the General Meeting: 32,660,031 equal to 82.0% votes present at the meeting and 39.9% of the total vote.
