ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its honourable Investors of the
following: EETEK Ltd. received the decision and explanation of the Metropolitan Court of Justice in relation with the decision of MNB (Central Bank of Hungary). The Court annulled the decision with a judgement and instructed MNB to conduct new proceedings. The decision is final under the special rules of procedural law and no appeals shall be accepted however the revision thereof may be requested. Considering that the Court concluded that the actions of the parties involved are founded according to the provisions of the judgement and explaining in details why the decision does not meet the criteria of legitimacy, the parties involved trust in the potential revision proceedings as well.
