Nature of transaction: Conclusion of a call option buyback agreements, whereas Kernel Holding S.A. buys back call phantom options from entities controlled by directors of Kernel Holding S.A. Price and volume: 1,800,000 call phantom options at PLN 24.78 (equivalent of USD 6.38 as of date of signing of call option buyback agreements).
