Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym otrzymał zamówienie z Statworks Technology (“Partner"), którego przedmiotem jest sprzedaż licencji platformy analitycznej DataWalk do GrabTaxi Holdings PTE LTD („Grab”) z siedzibą Singapurze.
Grab, największy azjatycki operator tzw. Super App, będzie wykorzystywać oprogramowanie DataWalk jako system nowej generacji do wykrywania oszustw i analizy inwestygacyjnej. Zarząd uznał fakt otrzymania zamówienia za informację poufną, ponieważ potwierdza to zdolność Emitenta do skutecznej obsługi klientów spośród największych firm na świecie oraz może mieć pozytywny wpływ na pozycję konkurencyjną Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta, co może przekładać się w przyszłości na sytuację finansową oraz perspektywy rozwoju Emitenta i jego Grupy Kapitałowej. The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby reports that the Company has obtained a purchase order from Statworks Technology (“Partner"), for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform to GrabTaxi Holdings PTE LTD (“Grab”) with headquarters in Singapore. Grab, the largest Asian Super App operator, will utilize DataWalk as a next-generation system for fraud detection and intelligence analysis. The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully support the large corporations around the world, and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
