IMC Appointment of new non-executive director of IMC S.A.

The Board of Directors of IMC S.A. (the Company) informs that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company
which was held on 23 February 2023 at Luxembourg office adopted the resolution that approves the resignation of Mr. Kamil Jan Gaworecki as non-executive director of the Company with effect as of 28 February 2023 and the appointment of Mr. Andrzej Szurek as non-executive director of the Company in replacement of Mr. Kamil Jan Gaworecki with effect as of 28 February 2023.
