ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that in the
lawsuit related to the MNB's earlier decision on market manipulation and insider trading (HPJ- III-B-3/2017.), the Curia - has upheld with final effect the decision of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest dismissing the action in the field of insider trading, - Repeatedly annulled the decision of the Metropolitan General Court in the market manipulation case, ordering the General Court to conduct new proceedings. Considering the history of the case, the Company is puzzled by the decision, but the reasoned decision is not yet available to the parties.
