UCG Articles of Association

We follow up on the press release of the same subject dated 1 March 2024 to announce that the new Articles of Association, amended in Article 20 by Shareholders’ Meeting resolution of 27 October 2023, were registered with the Milan-Monza-Brianza-Lodi Companies’ Register on 6 March 2024.
