PCO Resignation of a Non-Executive Director
Pepco Group N.V hereby announces that Mr. Paul Soldatos has stepped down from its board of directors (the Board) as a non-executive director, with effect from 31 May 2025.
Mr. Soldatos served on the Board as a nominee of IBEX Group, the Company’s majority shareholder. In connection with Mr. Soldatos stepping down, IBEX has informed the Company that IBEX plans to nominate a successor director in the near future. The detailed information is attached to this report.
