CLE Postponement of Annual FY2025 Financial Report publication date

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. informs that due to technical reasons, the process of 2025 FY annual report auditing is delayed. Thus the Company is postponing publication date of the annual audited financial report for FY2025.
