SPH Supplement No 1 to the exemption document dated 7 November 2025

Sofia, Bulgaria, January 8, 2026 – In reference to current report No. 220/2025 dated 7 November 2025, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) has published a supplement to the exemption document dated 7 November 2025 (the “Exemption Document”)(the “Supplement”). The Supplement has been prepared in order to introduce a correction to the content of the Exemption Document. The Supplement, along with the Exemption Document, are available on the website (https://www.sopharmagroup.com/en/home/investors/prospectuses) of “Sopharma” AD.
