following litigation ended in the company's victory at second instance: Plaintiff Defendant Subject of the lawsuit Supplier ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. Lawsuit related to the MAHART project, purchase price of assets The decision is final, the Association has not yet received the written decision. The Company also informs the esteemed Investors that the proceedings initiated based on the complaint filed by Síaréna Kft. have been terminated.
