DAT Harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w 2026 r. Dates of publishing of periodic reports in 2026.
Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości daty publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2026:
- Skonsolidowany i jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2025 – 31 marca 2026 r. - Skonsolidowany raport półroczny zawierający półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe za okres od 01.01.2026 r. do 30.06.2026 r. – 27 sierpnia 2026 r. - Kwartalny skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2026 roku zawierający jednostkową kwartalną informację finansową – 21 maja 2026 r. - Kwartalny skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2026 roku zawierający jednostkową kwartalną informację finansową – 10 listopada 2026 r. Zarząd Spółki oświadcza, że: - zgodnie z § 83 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), Emitent nie będzie przekazywał raportu kwartalnego i skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za ostatni kwartał roku obrotowego 2025 i II kwartał roku obrotowego 2026; - zgodnie z § 63 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia, Emitent będzie przekazywał skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I i III kwartał roku obrotowego 2026 zawierający kwartalną informację finansową jednostki dominującej i nie będzie przekazywał odrębnego jednostkowego raportu kwartalnego za te okresy sprawozdawcze; - zgodnie z § 63 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, Emitent nie będzie publikował jednostkowego raportu półrocznego, w związku z czym w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym będzie zamieszczone skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawnionego do badania sprawozdań oraz skróconą informacją dodatkową. Periodic reports will be published on the following dates: - Consolidated annual report and entity annual report for 2025 – March 31, 2026. - Consolidated semi-annual report containing half-year condensed separate financial statements for the period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 – August 27, 2026. - Quarterly consolidated report for the first quarter of 2026 containing entity quarterly financial information – May 21, 2026. - Quarterly consolidated report for the third quarter of 2026 containing entity quarterly financial information – November 10, 2026. The Executive Board of the Company declares that: - in accordance with § 83 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (“Regulation”), the Issuer will not forward the quarterly report and consolidated report quarterly for last quarter of the financial year 2025 and the second quarter of the financial year 2026; - in accordance with § 63 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will submit a consolidated quarterly report for the first and third quarter of financial year 2026 containing the quarterly financial information of the parent company and will not provide a separate quarterly report for those reporting periods; - in accordance with § 63 point 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a separate semi-annual report, therefore, the semi-annual consolidated financial report will include the condensed entity semi-annual financial statement together with the report of the entity authorized to audit reports and shortened additional information.
