UCG Unicredit concluded the second tranche of the Share Buy-back 2024 residual and update on the execution of the share buy-back programme during the period from 2 to 9 February 2026

Unicredit announces the completion on 9 February 2026 of the share buy-back programme communicated to the market on 23 October 2025 and initiated on the same date, as per the authorisation granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 27 March 2025 (the “Second Tranche of the SBB 2024 Residual”)
