Curia upheld the previous decision of the Metropolitan Court, which ruled in favor of the Company, in the following case: Claimant Defendant Matter in dispute MAHART ENEFI Asset Management Plc. Litigation related to the MAHART project, removal of equipment The lawsuit was previously concluded with a final judgment in favor of the Company. The Company has not yet received the decision.
