KRK Acquisition of treasury shares
Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:
With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 20 February 2026 up to and including 26 February 2026. Krka acquired 4,405 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,069,303 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 20 February 2026: 973 shares at a VWAP of EUR 244.01, - on 23 February 2026: 919 shares at a VWAP of EUR 243.98, - on 24 February 2026: 913 shares at a VWAP of EUR 241.47, - on 25 February 2026: 715 shares at a VWAP of EUR 242.00 and - on 26 February 2026: 885 shares at a VWAP of EUR 242.00. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,469,183 representing 7.530% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,473,588 representing 7.543% of all shares issued. The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 27 February 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
