KRK Notification of transactions by person closely associated with person discharging managerial responsibilities

Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:
Gašper Kastelic, the person closely associated with the Member of the Management Board – Worker Director of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto, Milena Kastelic, informed the company that on 2 March 2026, he acquired 122 shares of the company with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120) for his own account on the official market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a weighted average price of EUR 236.00. The transactions are not linked to the exercise of a share option programme. The notice will be published on the company's website (www.krka.biz) from 4 March 2026 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
