SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares
Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on March 05, 2026 the Company sold 5 500 (five thousand and five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 9 845.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.79.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 11 970 317 representing 2.22% of the share capital of the Company.
