KRK Acquisition of treasury shares
Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:
With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 27 February 2026 up to and including 6 March 2026. Krka acquired 4,464 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,033,480 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 27 February 2026: 925 shares at a VWAP of EUR 240.00, - on 2 March 2026: 674 shares at a VWAP of EUR 232.94, - on 3 March 2026: 954 shares at a VWAP of EUR 223.89, - on 5 March 2026: 777 shares at a VWAP of EUR 230.13 and - on 6 March 2026: 1,134 shares at a VWAP of EUR 231.11. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,473,588 representing 7.543% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,478,052 representing 7.557% of all shares issued. The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 9 March 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
