PCO Dividend payment information

The Board declared a dividend to shareholders for the financial year to 30 September 2025 subject to the shareholders approving the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts at the Annual General Meeting. As the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts were supported by 95.61% of votes at the Annual General Meeting today, the dividend will be paid, with details included in this report.
