SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, June 05, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 04, 2026 the Company sold 604 000 (six hundred and four thousand) treasury shares representing 0.11% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 1 148 016.50 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.90.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 8 806 000 representing 1.63% of the share capital of the Company.
