Reinhold Europe AB The Company publishes, in the attachment information on the course of the meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on 27 June 2018.
The meeting declared that the AGM will be adjourned and continue on the 30th of July 2018. Legal basis: § 19 (1) (5) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
