- Milestone Scientific Inc.- the shares held in the Company vested in Milestone Scientific the right of 10,995,000 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 85.76% of the votes of the Shareholders present at the Meeting and for 49.98% of the total number of votes; - Tom Cheng - the shares held in the Company vested in Milestone Scientific the right of 1,075,000 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 8.39% of the votes of the Shareholders present at the Meeting and for 4.89% of the total number of votes.
