ASG Regarding an application submitted to the Bank of Lithuania for not deeming Avia Solutions Group AB to be an issuer

Avia Solutions Group AB (the Company) hereby informs that on 9 November 2018 the company has submitted an application to the Bank of Lithuania for not deeming the Company to be an issuer after revoking de-materialization of the shares of the Company from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
