MLK Notification on the decline of a holding of shares in Milkiland N.V.

The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") informs that on December 7, 2018, the Board received the notification from AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander (“Aviva OFE”), with its registered seat in Warsaw, Poland, dated 31 July 2018, on decline of holding of shares of Milkiland N.V. below the threshold of 3% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company due to the selling transactions made on 4 December, 2018.
On December 6, 2018, Aviva OFE holds 899,265 (eight hundred and ninety nine thousand two hundred and sixty five) shares of the Company that constitutes 2.88% of the Company’s share capital and corresponds to 899,265 (eight hundred and ninety nine thousand two hundred and sixty five) votes or 2.88% of the voting rights on the General Meeting of Shareholders. Before the transaction Aviva OFE held 941,830 (nine hundred and forty one thousand eight hundred and thirty) shares of the Company that constituted 3.01% of Company’s share capital and corresponded to 941,830 (nine hundred and forty one thousand eight hundred and thirty) votes or 3.01% of the voting rights on the General Meeting of Shareholders.
