MLK Shifting of the publication dates of the Annual Reports of MLK FOODS Group for 2020 and 2019, and the reports for the first half of 2021 and 9 months of 2021 because of Russian military invasion to Ukraine

The Board of Directors of MLK FOODS Public Company LTD (“the Company") informs that the full-scale military invasion of Russian Federation to Ukraine launched on February 24, 2022, significantly affected the business of the Company itself and MLK FOODS Group on a consolidated level.
Several key production assets of the Group are located in Chernihiv and Sumy regions, which became the territories of active fighting between the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the aggressor army. A lot of personnel, including in the main office of the Group in Kyiv, were evacuated and/or displaced. Taking into the account social obligations of the Company, as a producer of food products for Ukrainians, the Company has been continuing the operations on several production assets in the country, also trying to change its business processes in line with difficult war conditions. In a view of the above mentioned, the publication of the audited Non-statutory consolidated and separate Financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 and audited Statutory consolidated and separate Financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 together with the amended Annual Report of MLK FOODS for 2019 and Annual Report of the Group for 2020, respectively, will be shifted to 30 April 2022. Also, the publication of the Consolidated financial statements of MLK FOODS Group for the first half of 2021 and for 9 months of 2021, will be shifted to 31 May 2022.
