Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today that Plaza Centers Czech Republic s.r.o ("Plaza centers CR"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has signed an agreement for the sale of its receivables to a third party, for a total consideration of EURO 200 thousand, regarding an advanced payment for the purchase of a Czech project company which Plaza Centers CR paid in the past.
