PLZ UPDATE REGARDING ARBITRATIONS AGAINST ROMANIA WITH RESPECT TO THE "CASA RADIO" PROJECT

Further to its last announcement dated November 19th, 2025, Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today that, regarding the ongoing arbitration proceedings before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes initiated by the Company in relation to the Casa Radio / Dâmbovița Center Project in Bucharest, and further to the Company’s request for an update on the expected timing of the Tribunal’s award, the Tribunal has indicated that its award is anticipated to be issued in the course of February or early March 2026.
