PEN Change in substantial blocks of shares.

The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that with respect to the transfer of 15,710 shares of Photon Energy N.V. to its employee shares programme, Photon Energy NV decreased its direct share in the capital of Photon Energy N.V. from 6.22% to 6.20%.
Prior to the conclusion of the above transactions which were executed between 28 March and 5 May 2022, Photon Energy NV held 3,733,406 shares in the Company, accounting for 6.22% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights. As of today, Photon Energy N.V. holds 3,717,696 shares, which account for 6.20% of the Company’s share capital and for 0% of the total voting rights.
