PEN Management Report and Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for H1 2023

The management board of Photon Energy N.V. publishes as an attachment its Management Report and Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for H1 2023.
Following the semi-annual results the management decided to revise its full year guidance and decrease estimations of consolidated revenues for 2023 to EUR 110.0 million from EUR 150 million announced on 15 February 2023. At the same time management decided to decrease its EBITDA guidance from EUR 29.0 million announced on 15 February 2023 to EUR 10 million. The Company will host a live webcast on Thursday, 17 August at 11:00am CEST to present its half-year results and hold a Q&A session.
