Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym powziął informację od spółki zależnej od Emitenta, tj. DataWalk Inc., o otrzymaniu zamówienia z Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (“NCRIC,” “Klient”), którego przedmiotem jest sprzedaż licencji wieczystej.
O inicjalnej sprzedaży Emitent informował w treści raportu bieżącego nr 9/2023 z dnia 29 czerwca 2023 r. Kontynuacja współpracy potwierdza skuteczność przyjętego przez Spółkę modelu komercjalizacji oraz użyteczność produktu DataWalk w instytucjach bezpieczeństwa publicznego. Zarząd uznał fakt otrzymania zamówienia za informację poufną, ponieważ kontynuacja współpracy może mieć pozytywny wpływ na pozycję konkurencyjną Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta, co może przekładać się w przyszłości na sytuację finansową oraz perspektywy rozwoju Emitenta i jego Grupy Kapitałowej. The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary DataWalk Inc. has obtained a purchase order from Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (“NCRIC,” “Customer”) for perpetual license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform. The Issuer informed about the initial sale in the report No. 9/2023 of June 29, 2023. This follow-on purchase by the current client confirms the effectiveness of the commercialization model adopted by the Company and the value of the DataWalk product to public safety authorities. The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as the continuation of the business with the Customer may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
