FON Rejestracja zmian w Statucie Spółki. Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.

Zarząd Spółki FON SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że w dniu 21.03.2024 roku właściwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr spółek handlowych (Ariregister) dokonał rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki wynikających z uchwał podjętych na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Akcjonariuszy w dniu 14.03.2024 roku.
W związku z powyższym aktualne brzmienie punktu 2.4 Statutu Spółki jest następujące: "2.4. Minimalna liczba akcji Spółki bez wartości nominalnej to 2 590 000 (dwa miliony pięćset dziewięćdziesiąt tysięcy) akcji, a maksymalna liczba akcji Spółki bez wartości nominalnej to 10 360 000 (dziesięć milionów trzysta sześćdziesiąt tysięcy) akcji." Aktualna liczba akcji wyemitowanych przez Emitenta to 2 850 000. W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Spółki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz estońskiej wersji językowej. The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 21/03/2024, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 14/03/2024. In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows: "2.4.The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 2 590 000 (two million five hundred ninety thousand) shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 10 360 000 (ten million three hundred and sixty thousand) shares." The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 2 850 000. Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
