ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. ("Company") informs its Dear Investors, based on the information provided by the plaintiff EETEK Ltd., that in the lawsuit initiated in connection with the MNB's decision (H-PJ-III-B-3/2017.) regarding market influence, the Metropolitan Court today annulled the decision of the MNB, upholding the plaintiff's previous claim that he did not commit market influence. The decision is final, but the plaintiff has not yet received the written decision. The Company also informs its Dear Investors that in connection with the MNB's decision on insider trading (H-PJ-III-B-3/2017.), additional legal remedies were initiated before the Kúria and the Constitutional Court in a previously closed lawsuit.
