UniCredit S.p.A. €1,250,000,000 Fixed to Floating Rate Callable Senior Notes due 16 June 2026 (the “Notes”) ISIN XS2190134184 With reference to the above mentioned Notes, issued on 16 June 2020, in accordance with the Final Terms dated 12 June 2020 and the Terms and Conditions for the Italian Law Notes, UniCredit S.p.A. announces that, having received the Single Resolution Board authorisation, it will exercise the option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 16 June 2025 (the Optional Redemption Date). The early redemption of the Notes will be at par, together with accrued and unpaid interest. Interest shall cease to accrue on the Optional Redemption Date.
